This review comes a bit delayed, but it’s never too late! I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Mike and Ryan! After getting estimates from a few local companies we decided to go with Custom & Quality. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of our home renovation!They managed the permit process with the city, dealing w Hydro to upgrade the service, passed all inspections and hired subcontractors for specific skills/trades who were all equally professional. Our home renovation included adding an addition (2nd bathroom, mudroom and larger bedroom), as well as renovating the existing old home. Mike and Ryan are beyond incredible at what they do. We found ourselves in a tight spot with a project that had a looming deadline and these guys saved the day for us! They were professional and knowledgeable. Always answered any of our questions promptly. They truly went above and beyond. I know they shifted their schedules to help us with our time crunch, and did it out of the kindness of their hearts. We couldn’t be more grateful.
