We read all the reviews and went with low expectations but overall we had a great 5 hours at Thermea Spa. The check in experience was painless and the large lockers held all our stuff. Signage is terrible but it’s small so after an hour we knew where we wanted to go. The lounge offered a great light start to our day with great croissants and coffees. A lot of seating options for a few hours and then it go busy but we always finding a place to relax. We checked all most of the saunas and al the pools. They had some very warm pools and 2 cooler pools. We wished they had a few that were in between. The salt scrub station was nice and I loved the options of the cold water...read full review
Super relaxing with various places to hang out. Kind staff and great maintenance of the space. Only thing that was lacklustre was the vegan options. The Korean tofu bowl was okay but that was really all I could eat there. And considering I spent the whole day there I was pretty hungry leaving :( otherwise a very nice experience, I’ll be back!
This is a great spa close enough to the city to be worth the drive. At about $140, it’s also a great deal for an entire day’s worth of chilling out. The staff are great and really add to the experience by being friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is super easy. The food, however, is really expensive and not good at all. That said, the burger smelled good but given it’s supposed to be a “wellness” day, I gave it a pass. Next time I’ll sneak in a granola bar.
