Friendly encounters at each visit and the clinic and equipment are kept very clean. Close attention was paid to how I was feeling (pain/discomfort/strain) with every movement.Also very convenient and broad range of hours to accommodate any schedule.
So happy I tried this facility. I needed physio for intense shoulder and neck pain and worked with Priya over about 6 weeks and I am much better now. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Direct billing for 1 less thing for me to worry about. I would recommend and will come back if ever needed.
Contacted NWP for help in recovery after ankle surgery, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Farhana is excellent, as is the rest of the team at the office. Always had a pleasant experience and would happily go back if the need ever arises. Knowledge, experienced and friendly. Highly recommended!
