“I visited the Spa with my daughter. The facilities were great, the restaurant food was great and we enjoyed our Spa treatments. I did find the “greeters” at the self check in station, were not that friendly nor helpful. People are spending a lot of money and I feel they could go a bit more out of their way for customers. Also, the parking lot had major potholes and many cars were swerving to avoid. The billing is a bit confusing as well. Overall, a great experience though.“
