“We've had other pets over a 20 yr span, and have seen a couple of other vets for them. While they were good, in my opinion, the Drs and staff at DCCN are simply the best! We have a dog and kitten now. We've been going to DCCN since the dog was a pup (almost 4 yrs). Everyone is amazing here! I wouldn't take our furry family anywhere else.“
“We followed Dr. Nicole from Main West so we have been LONG time customers (clients?). We haven't seen her in a few years as she and Dr. Aaron grow their family, but we are well versed in the staff.We have special needs dogs (2 are pretty old, and pretty sick) and the staff its easy to deal with in ensuring I have all of the proper meds and food that is required. Only once did I have to stand up for myself with a technician (but I'm ok with doing that).I don't know Bianca or Nikki's roles in this office, but let me tell you...they are invaluable. I never fear of something being missed when I talk to them about meds, or appointments.No they are not cheap, yes there is an extra charge for an emergency appointment. I also think its a little crazy for a $50 fee for a nail trim. I also firmly believe that the best place my girls could be cared for is them.“
“I had to euthanize my cat and the doctor was incredibly kind and patient with me. It was awful, the worst day any pet owner can have and the kindness of the team here is much appreciated. I know that they kept my boy safe and did what they could.“

“I have used Main West for as long as I’ve had pets. While I’ve used other clinics in a pinch, NOTHING compares to the staff at Main West. They are completely non-judgmental. I recently took in my two rescued kittens, Jimmy and Everest. Whom were sadly, nearly infested with fleas. They didn’t deny me any service, instead accommodated their situation and, greeted me with big smiles! While this may not have been how they truly felt, it was what I needed to not feel even worse than I already did. They are truly my favourite group of staff. ❤️“
