“I had a good first experience at Zee Float and was very happy with how welcoming the staff were. They explained everything thoroughly and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. I was disappointed that I was unable to use the lounge area after my session because a sound bath was taking place. Although I knew a sound bath was scheduled at the same time, I wasn’t aware that it would be taking place in the lounge area and that the space would therefore be unavailable to me afterwards. Had I known this, I may have chosen a different day to visit. I specifically brought a book with me and was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the lounge as part of the overall experience. Given the premium price I paid, I would have appreciated a heads-up that the lounge would be unavailable so I could make an informed decision about when to book. Overall, I enjoyed the float itself and appreciated how welcoming and informative the staff were. However, the lack of notice about the lounge being unavailable took away from what I expected to be a more seamless premium experience.”
