Went for my first float tonight. Didn’t know what to expect. It was an interesting experience but I feel loose and relaxed. Bought more sessions because I really need to try this again. I can see the appeal and benefits for sure! Staff was amazing and facilities were spotless!

Reviews
Went for my first float tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very clean environment. Everything you need is supplied - ear plugs, towel, water shoes, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Very relaxing experience.
I look forward to my next float and I’m looking forward to trying the meditation and the breathing class!

This was my first experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the float. I felt incredibly relaxed at the end. The room was clean and the staff very friendly!
The only recommendation I have is to offer folks the option to listen to that beautiful relaxing music played at the end, during the therapy session. You could possibly incorporate an hour of zen music and finish with a zen “bong” sound for the 15min exit reminder.
I actually live in BC so hoping I can find a similar therapy on Van island.
