Camilla, my physiotherapist was great marching me slowly but effectively through a series of progressive exercises and stretches. I was so pleased with the progress I made that I eventually recommend Camilla to my wife for her walking difficulties. My programme is now complete but my wife continues with Camilla. “I have been a client of Roseland Health and Fittness since April of 2025. I was impressed by the fact that before becoming a client I was interviewed to discuss my goals and expectations. I was then assigned a trainer, Anna. She started me off slowly and was and still is always concerned that the exercises she assigned were within my limitations. I have progressed at a rate that is suitable for me and I have never been asked to go beyond my limits but training has increased these limits. I now find that I have more strength and balance to carry on everyday tasks as a senior.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment is in excellent condition, and the facilities are clean.
