They overestimated the quote with booking 2 trucks for our move, and dropped the price significantly when the job was done. The second truck was not required. Very courteous team and will move anything you have!

Amanda was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, and is clearly very passionate about her work. She did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows and shaped them to complement my features. I’m now on my 3rd barber as the first two in the city disappointed me with inconsistent cuts and taking too long.
I decided to try RTB Lounge out after seeing an ad on Instagram. My first time here today with HBK was superb. He took the time to explain the cut and what would work best with my hair. Probably the best cut I’ve received in Ottawa and I’ll definitely be back. A good young man who knows what he’s doing. Book with HBK, you won’t be disappointed.

Dan looked at the quote for work on my well used & loved Chev from a major dealership service department and suggested that he would do some testing to determine what work needed doing for himself. Dan has completed all the required work at a reasonable price, he made sure a part could not be fixed before ordering a replacement. One of the best & affordable barber shops in Ottawa and everyone there is friendly, especially that lady, she knows how to cut my hair and don’t really need to ask her when I’m there. I’ve been going there ever since I have moved to Ottawa.

Kim is a great person and talented hair dresser. She is the only one I let cut my hair! You know it’s a good cut when it grows out nice. I stumbled upon Kim’z place a couple years ago, and cannot get it cut anywhere else. I sometimes go longer than I should between haircuts just so I don’t risk having it done by anyone else!Highly recommend

I called the salon on a Saturday morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Michelle did my nails and went above and beyond. She was super nice and extremely detail oriented making sure each nail looked perfect. I am obsessed with my nails and can't wait to go back for my next set. They also provided really good snacks during the appointment which is an added bonus!

I have been going to Kim for a barber cut/fade for the last 4 months, and she has consistently delivered a clean, classic style. I have never left her shop thinking that some part of the cut needed to be fixed, or that I didn't get what I asked for. On top of that, this is the most affordable hairstyling I've gotten in Ottawa. Kim seems to know her craft well, and is always approachable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend seeking this hidden gem out if you've got short hair.
Broke down on a road trip and the guys here fixed us up within an hour at a more than reasonable price. Super honest.

I got a wonderful facial today. Rachelle was efficient, starting the experience with a nice upper back and neck massage. Then, when after the facial mask was put on, Rachelle gave me the best foot massage I had ever had. Great overall experience.

I had Daniel come to my apt this morning to take care of a plumbing problem I’ve had for 6 years with no one ever addressing before . Both bathroom shower faucets were seized and no matenance had been done on my faucets for 22 years. He was excellent on finding the problem , sticking with the repairs and successfully getting all taps running properly.
