I called many of Ottawa's roofing companies to come out and give me an estimate. I know I need a new roof, but also knew I need a couple of roof repairs to get me through to the next 12 or 24 months before I can do the roof. I mentioned to each company that I can not afford a roof right now but they all proceeded to quote me on a new roof anyway and not the 2 spots that needed fixing.
I connected with Tony from Lavazza and I wish I would have called him first, it would have saved me a lot of aggravation and time. He listened to me, didn't try to sell me a roof and fixed the issues that could have caused me major problems over the winter
