It is true that a new set starts at $70 and an extra $10 per nail for design. Those are my fixed rates. At first, you wanted a fullset + design on every nail. I communicated my rates clear to you. With that understanding, you decided to do a fullset + french tips. In addition to the fullset, I mentioned to you that french tips would be an extra $20.
