I regret taking so long to write this review. Tony and Jennifer saved us! We bought our home in Pickering with their help, just before the pandemic struck in full force and they really helped us dodge a bullet. Just before the first lockdown, we were able to sell right away. Tony's advice in how to price our home really saved the day. And once we decided we had to hurry, Jennifer staged our place to sell with a virtual tour, practically the next day. Tony gave up time with his kids at a hockey game to be present--in person--to negotiate the purchase of our new home. We were able to purchase below asking and everything was always well prepared and explained with great insights and knowledge. I couldn't recommend Tony more. He really made what could have been a very difficult situation very smooth, seamless and we are so thankful to have taken him on as our realtor!
