DO NOT HIRE… Elad is not a professional in the industry but in fact just an actress with minimum basic knowledge of residential construction.I know this because he hired my company “skrips framing” to install a steel beam and to rebuild a 2nd floor. Before we started, he assured us that the site would be clean and ready for us to begin our work. When my crew arrived on site to begin the project, it was horrendous with demolition debris everywhere. As it was unsafe to work in these conditions, I notified Elad to send his labourers to clear the site. We brought Elad and his team in for a full renovation of our 100+ year old bungalow and they did a phenomenal job. As this was our first home and our first project, Elad helped guide as through all of the work that was needed in order to achieve our vision. He consulted with us on all of the plans (layout, design, etc.) and answered the many, many questions that we had.
