William was absolutely terrific to work with. He helped my husband and I find our first tenant in our new house. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about everything to do with the rental market, from rules and regulations, to advertising, to finding the right tenant for your needs. On top of it all, William is super friendly and easy to work with. And he’s always available to answer questions. I cannot recommend him enough!!

In summary, you should hire William Tajer! As a first time home buyer, I had my reservations with real estate agents as i've heard the horror stories from friends and family. I am happy to report that William is one of the good ones! We saw what I felt like over 30 condos during my viewings and William was super patient throughout the process and didn't try to push me to buy something I didn't like for a quick sale. He is very knowledgable about construction in the area and everything that is relevant to you as a home buyer. As first time home buyers, me and my partner had a wonderful relationship with William during our home buying process. He was alert, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the locality, build, plumbing and electrical (even the nitty gritty) for all the places we saw. He always balanced his opinions with positives and negatives so we always knew the whole picture before making a decision.
