I decided to treat myself to a luxurious massage at the Spa myBlend and it did not disappoint. I came on a Monday morning and almost had the place to myself. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The amenities were great and super clean. Make sure you have enough time before and after your treatment to enjoy the amenities and lounge. I also enjoyed the tea and snacks that they provide. I got a hot stone massage and it was a truly relaxing experience. I got to choose the oil that they use and everything in the room (bed, temp, music) is adjustable to your liking. I have visited in several occasions, I typically have a great time. Love the hot tub, beautiful women’s changing room, great massages. I did my nails recently… and it may have been just me but felt judgy eye rolls and stares from one of the nail technicians during a conversation I was having with a friend… but perhaps that was a misunderstanding. It’s usually a fantastic time.

What a relaxing day spent at the Spa blend in the Ritz Carlton Toronto. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left, the staff were flawless and super cx focused. The deep tissue massage was incredible and the staff took the time to explain different stretches and positions to help alleviate tension and pain. The amenities were wonderful, ranging from steam rooms and saunas to hot tubs and pools. Let’s not forget the calm communal relaxation area that you can enjoy with friends or your spouse/partner. The premise was clean and inviting5/5 recommend to relax and recharge, enjoy a friends day or a relaxing and romantic day as a couple.
