I reserved a massage session there, and the RMT was very nice and friendly. The only improvement I would suggest is adding some amenities in the changing room, such as a comb, toothbrush and shower cap.

I’ve been a few times, and it’s easily one of my favourite spa experiences in Toronto. Beyond the treatments, you get access to the pool, gym, herbal sauna and steam room, most places only offer one or the other. It’s a great spot to unwind and recharge in a well-kept, relaxing space.

Wow! I came here for a little spa day as a birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. I arrived a bit earlier to enjoy the amenities (it was really quiet and felt like I had the spa to myself) before my treatment and I'm glad I did as it did get a bit busier in the late afternoon. I was fully pampered and my RMT Natalie was wonderful!

They offered me a complimentary drink (yes, please!) and gave me some lovely birthday gifts. The spa is on the pricier side but I really enjoyed my time there and it's perfect for a celebration!
