I had a great experience with Fred (Farhad) Dorali at Step Up on Adelaide! I’ve been experiencing shoulder pain, and we started the session by looking at what was causing it. He explained what was happening with the muscles during different movements and how to prevent it in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
During the massage, he assessed the muscle groups and applied just the right amount of pressure to the areas that needed attention. Afterwards, he walked me through exercises that could help and gave me more insight into how to prevent the issue going forward. Jenny at Step Up was amazing! I came in with a lot of soreness and tension in my upper and lower back from standing for long hours at work, and she did an excellent job addressing those problem areas. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
