“Called on a Wednesday close to 10pm and they picked up. Of the list of companies I called they were the only ones who picked up. Understandably certain larger companies operate during business hours only but Will picked up and answered all my questions, definitely a benefit of dealing with small growing businesses like this. I’m sure it isn’t their standard to always pick up in late hours but the fact he made an exception and did goes a long way. I was assisting a client of mine find someone to help with their roof raccoon intrusion, have passed his contact to them accordingly to deal with the matter.
