I would give Tim more than 5 stars. I called Tim about noise in the attic. He quickly found a time that worked when it would be safe to inspect the roof and the attic (it snowed the other day). Tim and his partner did a thorough walkthrough and identified a squirrel problem and potential mice. His explanation and expertise are extremely helpful as he offered solutions. He also shared photos of what he has found to show you the problem and the has follow up photos for the solution he implemented. On top of it all, they even filled in some potential entryways around the garage.
