Dealing with pests is never a great time, but Addison made the process as quick and painless as possible. Robert, the technician, was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to point out specific areas in our home to keep an eye on, and went above and beyond by offering to treat our vacuum cleaner and the luggage we used on our most recent vacation as well.Note that Addison doesn't answer calls directly; if you wait to speak to someone, leave a message and they'll call you back within a few minutes. I wish I knew this before waiting on hold for the better part of an hour when I initially set up my appointment. ?
Addison was responsive and addressed all our concerns. The technician Darren was very professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend to others. Our job was completed in summer 2023
Jay was great.He told me up front he doesn't have the capacity to help, but still took the 15-mins to explain what I should do and how to manage the fact that mice aren't going away.Positive begets positive and you need to appreciate - paid or unpaid - when it's provided!
