“I booked a hybrid set and eyebrow wax with Ladan a week ago - she is terrific! It was a relatively quick process (out in just over 2hrs). She shaped my brows beautifully, and I get non stop compliments on the lashes. They are so light, and full enough that people
notice how great they look but not that they look fake (no hairy caterpillar on my eyelid vibe). I usually just get lashes when I have a few events in a row, but this experience is making me think about keeping them a while longer :)“

“I've been doing my lash extensions at Perfection Laboratory Midtown for quite some time now, and a review is passed overdue. I keep coming back for Stela, she is amazing. My lashes last for weeks, though she is very gentle in the process, you can barely feel she's working diligently on your closed eyes. And the results are always great. However, EVERY TIME I come in for waxing, Vanessa, the manager, makes me feel extremely unwelcome and awful. She gives me lots of negative vibes. She is very rude, she is extremely unprofessional, she sounds racist. She lacks people skills. She puts down the workers in front of the customers each and every time which creates a distressing atmosphere each and every time. In short, she is not good, nor fit, to be a manager there. I would love to make an appointment again soon with Vivian, but the manager, VANESSA, is what holds me back. Vivian is an exceptional person, who works extremely hard, who does an amazing job each and every time.“

“After trying a new salon every month since I moved to Toronto to get my brows done the way I wanted, I was able to book in with Olga and she is amazing. She achieved exactly what I wanted and at the standard I was hoping for. This is the only salon I’ve tried where the stylist takes the time to map out the brows for a wax and tint. She took her time and really perfected every hair. She also stopped at various parts to ask was I happy or did I want to change anything, which I don’t find usually happens in other salons as the service can be rushed.
