Dropped a shirt off to add material to the underarms (open it up). 3 months later I received the shirt back. Several times (>5) she told me that it'd be ready on whatever day and when I came to pick it up, it wasn't ready. Several times she told me that she'd call me to pick it up, several times I received no call. After begging her to finally finish the job, it was ready. After all this she had the nerve to charge me $10 more than what she originally quoted. She is a good seamstress but comically disorganized. Very painful to do business at this shop.

Cheap service, where you get what you pay for. Over the years I've had about $300 worth of damaged items, poor alternations, burnt ironing, lost items and just poorly accountable delivery. They may be friendly but dont ever trust them with anything valuable

Lovely woman. Will newer go back sadly. She completely destroyed my dress. I brought it in for DRY CLEANING for a reason. Instead I believe she totally took it upon herself to hand wash the dress instead . In doing so, she shrunk it one size and all the colour faded. Luckily it was still in season and i was able to go online and find the exact same dress as the one she returned to me which was ruined. Have since DRY Cleaned my replacement dress several times at a proper dry cleaners, and it's the same as the day I bought it. I do hope Maria realizes just how much money she cost me.
