a little overpriced. 0/3 on removing stains from different clothing items I've tried to bring in for dry cleaning. Paid $18 per pair of pants for a simple hem job. had to come in an extra time to re-alter a top that wasn't done correctly the first time. Have given this place several tries since it's conveniently located for me but will need to find another optoin

I accidentally left a jacket there for WAY longer than was acceptable. Their receipt clearly states that they’re not responsible for garments after 30 days so I fully expected for it to have been donated, but they had it there waiting when I finally went to pick it up and gave me absolutely no grief about the delay. Very, very nice staff; very thorough service.

Friendly place for dry cleaning.Alteration lady not so, she is borderline rude. She is okay to use for simple hems. I do NOT recommend her for anything else. I had her take in a linen dress at the waist. We did a fitting, all good. Then she removed far too much fabric. Result: I do not fit in the dress. I don't know what she was thinking, it was not a small error: I cannot lift the dress past my hips. So I wasted the price of the dress plus the $30 alteration.
