Highly recommend this place. Operated by wonderful couple. Have used their dry cleaning / laundering and alteration services for over 8 years (weekly basis prior to COVID). Just excellent, personalized service, good prices, 100% on time. They’ve personally arranged pickup to accommodate a tight timeline we had. They crushed a button on my spring coat when I put it in for dry cleaning. Also they did not iron my evening gown properly - still can see the wrinkles. They got upset when we returned it for ironing again.In addition, they do not provide a study plastic shield to separate the customers and the staff - just a flimsy plastic sheet blowing there - definitely not up to Ontario COVID precaution protocols.
