This was my first time working with LP, and I cannot thank and recommend enough the team here! I had an issue with my 2018 Audi regarding the Electric Steering Rack (an apparently common problem for Audi vehicles), and the team here were able to guide me in the potential reasons for this problem as well as the necessary steps needed toward fixing the issue. Michelle and her team were very attentive and diligent toward finding me the correct part number as well as getting an appropriate pricing that was more than reasonable compared to what the dealership and Audi Canada quoted me for. I just had my first experience with LP and I am very happy with the level of customer service, the work that was done quickly and the reasonable price. I am always nervous to take my old car to a new place but I felt immediately that she was in great hands. Thank you so much! We’ll be back.

Michelle and Louis have been wonderful! I have a 20 year old Mercedes wagon and they have kept her purring like a kitten. Michelle is always on the ball with appointments and requests, and Louis runs a clean, tidy and detail-oriented shop downstairs. He knows his stuff and does great work. You’ll be in good hands with the two of them!
