They fixed my ride and treated it with care, for a fair price. Also, the interior and exterior wash was a nice touch. Great experience with these guys. They did a superb job fixing a very tricky puncture in the skirt of my Honda and saved me a lot of money. Honest and professional.
Glad I listened to the reviews and went with Massive Auto as the repair shop on my vehicle through insurance! Excellent service and quick turnaround. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for me, including making additional arrangements for my car rental given that I had a baby and car seat to transfer.
EXCELLENT Friendly and professional service from start to finish. They even finished repairs on the car faster than expected , and had it back to us washed, detailed and looking brand new 😀. Tony the owner is great. He arranged a shuttle to the rental car place and sorted out all the insurance details. We really appreciated the clear communication about all the steps to be taken , and the attention to detail that went into making bad situation (our smashed front end) so much better. This was the first time we used this body shop and we would highly recommend. I'm giving it 5 stars for customer service and also the actual work on the car. Looks amazing! Tony is a true gentleman, a man of his word and an expert at his craft. Found Massive auto collision via a google search after my daughter's car was vandalized and within a few hours, we had a quote and scheduled service. Turnaround was quick and the outcome was perfection. Would not hesitate a moment to refer anyone to Tony and Massive auto for any repair work.
