The shop offers fast and reliable service, often able to work in customers quickly and at fair costs. Many customers have praised the shop for its good humor and the long-term relationships they have built with clients. Whether dealing with tire issues or more significant repairs, the team provides accurate assessments and honest advice, allowing some work to be postponed when possible. Overall, it is considered a good, honest neighborhood shop with a history of great service.
Recently one of my tire pressure sensors was no longer working due to a failing battery. As all the tire sensors are the same age, I opted to replace all 4. The staff clearly explained the work necessary, how long the work would take, and the cost. It was completed on time and on budget.
Master Mechanic is the only shop I trust for any and all car needs. Every single person I have interacted with while servicing my car at this location for the last 2+ years has been nothing but friendly, kind and honest. They never made me feel pressured to agree to a service I didn’t need. If you’re a woman and you own a car, come to master mechanic!
Always happy with the service including extremely fair pricing for all of our car maintenance needs.
Abhi and the team do a great job looking after us. Work is completed on time and with no surprises
On the one occasion in 20 years of having vehicles serviced at Master where something unexpected came up, Abhi was more than fair.
I highly recommend Master Mechanic on DuPont.
