“I dropped off an item for rush service during one of the hottest days of the year, which I understand means that they don't run their machines due to heat. AP 1 Hour was able to complete my dry cleaning at the end of the requested day but it went late after close, so they dropped it off at my residence without any additional fee. Excellent service.“

“Most amazing customer service ever.... pleasant, knowledgeable....love the fact that their cleaning process is checmical free... Treating myself to getting my bed linen dry cleaned monthly- it comes back so fresh, things I couldn't get clean, they have revitalized. And when I found MOTH (aagh) I carried in arm loads of clothes daily, I couldn't stand the fact I had moth, and they cleaned, sorted out any clothes that had been affected AND delivered the rest back to me. But the work they do is olde-school, top-notch, quality tailoring and alterations. I trust my most precious garments with this place. (They don't do invisible mending, unfortunately).“

I took a white jacket that was super stained, plus the jacket had black leather details, they told me it would be difficult to wash it because the black parts could stain the white parts. I authorized the service even though I knew the risk and they were able to wash it without staining. My jacket looks like new again. Thank you very much for the excellent service!!“
