However, EVERY TIME I come in for waxing, Vanessa, the manager, makes me feel extremely unwelcome and awful. She gives me lots of negative vibes. She is very rude, she is extremely unprofessional, she sounds racist. She lacks people skills. She puts down the workers in front of the customers each and every time which creates a distressing atmosphere each and every time. In short, she is not good, nor fit, to be a manager there. I’ve been a fuzz fanatic for over 10 years now and I have to say- I always check if she’s got an availability! Vivian A is the best. Such a professional every time and so much grace! It’s awesome see someone love what they do and see a company value tenured staff! 10 out of 10.
I’ve been going to this location for about 3 years. Vivian is my go to wax specialist. I’m black, meaning my hair type is coarse. She definitely has top experience in her field. I never felt ripped skin or even felt any sensitivity immediately after my Brazilian. My hair growth over the next month is always minimum. I’ve referred her to a couple of my friends and they have the same great results as me…I could literally do the splits! Love her, she’s the best! Highly recommend!
