Everything at City Wellness is amazing! I have seen Amanda for physiotherapy and massage for sciatic issues and osteoarthritis and it has been so beneficial and helped my mobility immensely! Matt has worked with me to help me address my mobility issues by setting up an exercise program for me to do at home. It has really helped me and he is so mindful of peoples strengths and limitations, to ensure a positive outcomeI I also recently had Fascial Stretch Therapy at City Wellness with Matt who is so skilled and knowledgeable about body mechanics and movement. If you have never tried FST, you must give it a try! It is so relaxing and Matt does all of the work! It makes you feel so rejeuvinated and relaxed afterward! Matt is an amazing practitioner!
