“Our Cove dishwasher broke down on a FRIDAY evening. That evening I submitted a service request on Kampen's website. On MONDAY I received a text early around 8am to discuss my service issue. The agent said a serviceperson was on the road and would be able to come the same day but couldn't guarantee the time. I gladly accepted this offer; by 1130 am it was fixed and working. The service person had the necessary part and I no longer have dishpan hands. And to the team at Kampen: you should be proud of your people and your team! Thank you for a great experience as always!!“
