very professional when addressing my request and very responsive. Their fee to diagnose was a lot less than other comparable service companies and I liked that fact. I would definitely use them again. The only feedback I would provide is better explanation off payment options.

I have been using shay and has team for years for my buildings. He is always responsive and professional. Sending text and job done with no problems easy prosses. Warranty was respected when needed. recommend to use in high volume

I had mold all over my washer. I called for service but he gave me full explanation what to do on my Owne before service. Now I have no mold in my washer the secret was how yo use bleach. Thanks
