I recommend East End. Alex came the same day and just quietly and quickly found out the problem with my washer and explained I needed a new pump. He told me how much the pump would be and he had one with him. Done!
Amazing local business. Came by and fixed my dishwasher so quickly. Explained the process very clearly. Made recommendations to help me avoid future trouble and added costs. Pricing was absolutely fair for such top class service. What a lifesaver!
Can't say enough nice things. Good customer service and work throughout. The technician was so helpful starting with scheduling, info on whole process, part status, and ending with follow-up call after service. Very professional and complete with debugging of my washer issue, suggesting possible replacement parts, and luckily the part tried worked. In this time of staffing issues, it's hard to find companies that provide such good and professional service.
