Our Cove dishwasher broke down on a FRIDAY evening. That evening I submitted a service request on Kampen's website. On MONDAY I received a text early around 8am to discuss my service issue. The agent said a serviceperson was on the road and would be able to come the same day but couldn't guarantee the time. I gladly accepted this offer; by 1130 am it was fixed and working. The service person had the necessary part and I no longer have dishpan hands. And to the team at Kampen: you should be proud of your people and your team! Thank you for a great experience as always!!

Been dealing with Kampen over the past 10 years with all our Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. I use them because I know that whatever the problem may be they provide the best customer service and only provide the best qualified technicians who know there stuff. Hats off to Sarah in customer service who is always friendly and takes the time to explain and follow up on every detail. If you have top end appliances and want them serviced properly….reach out to them. They really are the best. Jeff Rival.

I have relied on Kampen appliances for many years now for regular service to my Subzero and Wolf appliances and most recently when I had an issue that I was sure would require me to replace my fridge. To my amazement, Bill was able to get my fridge working like new again and the cost was substantially less than I expected. Their staff, from the call centre through to the service technicians, have always been excellent. They consistently provide prompt and expert service, their prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work. I recommend them highly.
