“35.5 cel with a Heat warning. Go figure one of the AC units in the house won’t work. Unit has a Purdy’s sticker with contact numbers. I called first thing in the morning and received a prompt call back. Next available service was next day. Within minutes I was advised a service technician would try and check out our system that day between 2-4pm. To my surprise before noon the technician arrived and identified the issue being the thermostat. A new one was installed and our system is up and running. Customer service, 5 stars. Thank you“
