Professional outfit from sales to customer service and installation. All contact points were friendly and knowledgeable. Our HVAC job was done on time and on quote. Installation personnel used drop cloths all through the interior of our home and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend Affordable to anyone.
Service Tech Rob, from Affordable Comfort, did an amazing job assessing our heating system and achieving optimum settings on our recently installed Heat Pump . He clearly explained how the new system worked and what specifically he was as adjusting. I now have a much better understanding of the technology and how to best take advantage of it. After his settings adjustments on the Heat Pump, Furnace & Thermostat the noise level, heat distribution and overall performance of our new system is exactly what we were hoping for when we changed from Natural Gas.
Efficient, courteous service! Job required two separate technicians, one assessor and one to return later on in the day to install new component. Office staff also spent considerable time sourcing out necessary components at a time when our weather is unfavourable, saving us the headache of no heat in the home.
