If your insurance company refers you to these people after a water disaster in your home, demand a different company. Our experience with them was worse than the pipe burst itself. Overall, they were incompetent, disorganized and dishonest. We realized this fairly quickly and got a different company assigned to the job and the difference was like night and day.
