“This was my first session of massage therapy with Linda and she is phenomenal. She’s so sweet and made the whole experience feel so comfortable for me. Firstly, it was so convenient to book online and I was able to get a same-day appointment (which is so rare). She did an assessment upon arrival and then while performing the massage she was so attentive to my problem areas. She communicated with me the whole time and helped me understand why certain areas were tense. She was very thorough and helped me work through some of the muscle tension and knots but also made sure I was never in too much pain. She even made me aware of connected areas that I didn’t even know were tense! It hurt at times but I left feeling reborn. I always thought massages were a luxury but Linda helped me see that massages are actually a way to foster and maintain physical wellness. I am so glad to be able to continue my massage treatments with her.“

“Felt so awesome after my initial visit here. Got way more result than expected. Lily was very knowledgeable about the body and identified several secondary issues before I mentioned them. Solved my long term hip flexor pain from bending over and sitting in front of computers. And identified a long term nasal congestion which western doctors thought was allergy to dust, may be from tightness in shoulder and neck muscles.

Indeed after two hours here with a whole body massage. I feel way better on my initial concern of tight neck. But also hip flexibility greatly improved. And nasal congestion relieved significantly. With competitive pricing and excellent care, and hours that are longer than most, this is an excellent place I will return to next week.“
