I connected with Fortress a few years ago as we started home improvements. In this time, Fortress has installed three entry doors and four windows in my home and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Richard has been so easy to communicate with, he was informative, patient, and made it clear from the start that he was more concerned with me getting what I want/need than rinsing me for more money - instantly built my trust and never broke it. I hired Fortress Windows & Doors to replace ten twenty-year-old windows and a patio door in my century-old house. The entire process went smoothly. Richard took his time to explain all the advantages and disadvantages of the options for each window. The cost of each window was completely transparent and there was no pressure influencing my choice. I was informed of the timeline of manufacture and impressed by the efficiency of the installation team. Richard followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work and provided the paperwork needed to apply for the Ontario Government's Green Energy Savings Rebate.
