Steve and his crew from Fortress Windows did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very clean with their work. Steve explained the process clearly throughout the installation and made sure I understood what was being done at each stage.
They also handled the inspection process flawlessly, which gave me a lot of confidence. After the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the site properly and left everything in good condition. Steve also took the time to walk me through the window opening and closing mechanism so I knew how to use it correctly.

Let us just say what an AMAZING team! Our home looks amazing with our new front door and our new windows all around. We are so happy we chose Fortress Windows and Doors! Steve, Richard and Ryan were outstanding, we have had them back the second time to complete our home with new windows and doors. First time was to install egress windows and a sliding door, and then back to complete the home with front door and all our windows! Fortress windows and doors replaced all our windows. The team was very professional and efficient. They definitely knew what they were doing. Richard, our primary contact was wonderful to work with.
