I got my hair cut there about 2 weeks ago and I cannot overstate how happy I am with it! They were very welcoming, and completely affirming of my identity when I shared my pronouns. I'm a feminine person so I often end up with a feminine version of whatever haircut I request, but that didn't happen here. I got exactly what I asked for with no fuss. This is my grandfather's shop. I wait years to get a hair cut because he is the only one I trust to give me a good cut but I live out of the province and cannot come to the soo often. It is always worth the wait. Fabio has been cutting hair for over 40 years and his experience shows in every cut. He is the best of the best at what he does! I'll never go anywhere else. He's always a funny and warm person with a true passion for what he does and genuine care for his clients, whom he speaks highly of even at home.

The epitome of a barber. Bringing some of the best vibes I’ve seen in the Sault and backed up with the skill to pay those bills. A great conversationalist if you’re in the mood to talk or if you prefer to just stay silent and listen to the music he has you covered. Best nail salon in Sault Ste Marie without a doubt. The price is right, and Kim is so kind and thorough! These are the best nails I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to countless salons in the sault and Ottawa. Also I have sensitive nail beds and I often leave salons in pain but there was zero pain with Kim. She is so gentle and very professional. Her husband and son also do nails and I’ve heard they are also great. The one star reviews are shocking to read. What a great family and great experience, 10/10!
Had another appointment with Tara for a lash lift and tint. I love her work! They always turn out perfectly. If you have lashes that start growing down ( which happens with aging ?), you need to book an appointment with Tara! You will not be sorry! I went to Anipeg for my first tattoo. Maddy did a lovely job and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. The studio has a very good vibe and is very clean. I will definitely be going to Anipeg for ant future tattoos. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

I have been having problems with water pressure. Angelo and his assistant came to assess the problem. They quickly ascertained that it was my water softener system and took a water sample. They recommended replacing some or all of the system. They were fast, professional, and accommodating.
Bill was awesome. I called in the morning and he was here same afternoon. All was good. Unfortunately the same issue happened again in the evening, called first thing the next morning and Bill was back here again in the afternoon. Fixed the problem and all has been good since. Very happy with his service.

I have been seeing Celeste for a number of issues that I have for several months now. What I most appreciate about her is her ability to listen to my concerns and adapt her treatments by combining both yoga and massage in her care for me. That she listens and responds to what I State my needs are is something I haven't found often enough
