Excellent company to work with from planning phase to installation. Appreciated their thoroughness in explaining and picking the best package. Installation team was prompt and amazing for the excellent workmanship and cleanup after the project was completed. Updates and photos on the project during the day were greatly appreciated. I’ve never experienced this level of service from anyone before. I would not hesitate working with RM Frolich Roof Systems & Renovations again and would highly recommend them!!
The company was great to deal with. Very informative and methodical with their quote and product packages. They kept in good contact through the whole process. They had a healthy sized crew come in to complete the job in a very timely manner. When they were working on our house they scathed the trough. I wouldn’t even have noticed. They reached out instantly to let me know and they had made arrangements to have it replaced. That kind of honesty goes a long way in our little community. I wouldn’t hesitate to contract them for another job if need be. Currently, I am seeing another company roof a house right across the street and it makes me very satisfied with my choice to go with RM Frolich. My roof looks fantastic.
