Reviews
My neighbour was having roof issues and was frustrated that other roofing companies apparently forgot phones are meant to be answered. I recommended Jake Nelson Roofing — and they did not disappoint.
The young lady (Brenda) answered the phone and was courteous, knowledgeable, and honestly a customer service pro. Jake and his team came out the very next day, fixed the issue quickly, and charged only $40 for the work!
Fair price, fast service, great people. Kudos to Jake Nelson Roofing!
Jake and his team are top notch roofers. Fair and reasonable price and timeframes, excellent work and attitude, and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to do business with this company.
