I had an emergency situation whereas my meter box failed and I was left with no power. I called Phase 4 and they were here within 1/2 hour. They called the PUC to disconnect the line power and then they went to work. Two men worked their butts off for the next 4 hours and I had my power back on when they again contacted PUC to come and hook up the line.This was all done from about 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The 2 employees worked overtime to get my power restored again. Great response and service. Thank you

My neighbour was having an electrical issue. I did some basic troubleshooting and determined that the problem was with the main breaker coming into the house. One phase was arcing at the main breaker. It was beyond my ability to fix for them - not a simple breaker replacement. I called Phase 4 later in the afternoon and they had someone at the house within a half hour! The panel "guts" needed to be replaced due to corrosion/age. They contacted Algoma Power to have the power shut off, pulled the permit, and replaced the parts within a half day! Amazing response, fast and quality work! Phase 4 did an excellent job with my panel replacement. I upgraded from fuses to breakers. They were organized, punctual and great to deal with overall. The job was done in a timely fashion and very neat. I highly recommend their services. Thanks again!
