Joanne was AMAZING!!! She pierced my 8 month old daughter's ears, and she didnt even cry. Joanne offers pre-piercing numbing, and waits the perfect amount of time before piercing to ensure they dont feel it, and she didnt!!! I would bring my next daughter to Joanne. Offering toys and treats as distraction to ensure proper placement and quality care. Great work and very kind staff in general.

First time meeting the staff. Came in to ask some questions and maybe make an appointment. Immediately got a good vibe. So much so that I had the tattoo done right then and there. Katie was top shelf! At the end, discussed getting a tattoo redone as well. Booked the appointment on the spot.

I got lip piercings and a tattoo done at this shop and I had an amazing experience! My artist Chris was super knowledgeable and she made my appointment very comfortable! The work itself is high quality and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely keep coming here. :)
