Went to get my ears pierced today, and Joann looked at my lobes, and my ears were still pierced from years ago. I did try on numerous occasions to put earrings in myself, but they just wouldn't go in. She put earrings in, didn't feel a thing, and off I went. Saved me tons of money!!!! Very friendly, super clean, and I would definitely go back.

I got both my eyebrow and nose pierced. I could not be more happy with my experiences. Very professional and comfortable. I will never get pierced at any other place but Black Swan!Services: Eyebrow piercing

Wow is all I have to say. Joann was the absolute best with my 9 year old daughter. Despite it not only being Good Friday, but having a lobby full of customers, she took her time, made my daughter extremely comfortable and did not try to rush us out. I have never had such good customer service in my life. Highly recommend her and her studio. ***studio was very clean and modern.Service: Ear piercing
