She has a great eye for style and took the time to explain exactly what kind of haircut and styling would suit my face shape. My appointment was only scheduled for an hour, but when I mentioned I had a special photoshoot the next day, she didn't hesitate to style my hair perfectly for it with so much care and love. She is clearly highly experienced and truly passionate about what she does. As a bonus, she even sells homemade kimchi at the salon—it is absolutely delicious and far better than anything you can get in a grocery store! I highly recommend this salon to everyone; once you go here, you’ll never want to go anywhere else!“

“Trust is a fragile thing. Earned over time, or lost in an instant. When one has issues that can interfere with day to day life, it can be difficult or even impossible to keep an appointment. Such is our case. My wife has bad days and worse days. She doesn't have good days anymore. Her pain level is way too high. When we wake on our assigned day, a conscious decision must be made. Can I do it? When the answer is no, I call, cancel, and re-book. I am greeted with,"not a problem, hope she gets well soon, or some other response of that ilk. Always sincere, never judgmental. She goes in every week, or tries to. This isn't just a place were she gets her hair done well. For her it is more like a refuge; a place to relax a bit, refresh, and recharge.
