“Just over a year ago I walked into the Sarnia location and had my first appointment with Karen. My hair due to medical conditions all my life has been full, frizzy and did not grow very fast. After 51years people are commenting on how beautiful my hair is. I don't even know them. I can only attribute it to the great care, and treatment I get from Karen. I never dreamed of such a high level of service from a budget cuts place. I will not go anywhere else from now on and if I cant get Karen as my stylist I wait till she is free. Great job Karen!!“
