She listens to your wants while also educating you on your hair needs. She makes genuine suggestions based on what she thinks would look best by encouraging but never pushing. “I would recommend this saying to everyone! To start off the salon is only ever booked with one client at a time so it is just you and Heather. She’s got snacks, drinks and even a tv if you’d like to watch something! Heather is such an outgoing person and the conversation never gets dull with her! She is also one of the best in the business. When I tell you I had a bush of hair with how thick it was, I mean it! I had headaches from how heavy it was, and I could never wear a hat or my head would get too hot! It took a couple appointments but we eventually thinned down my hair and it feels amazing! I’ve also seen her work with coloring and boy does she do a great job!“
