“I went in for the first time yesterday and was so fortunate to have Joann cut, color and style my hair. Joann is fantastic! I gave her a basic idea of what I was looking for. My hair was completely overgrown and I was so unhappy with how it looked. I asked for her input and suggestions and she helped me even more than that. She explained to me why ugly things were going on with my hair due to the difference in water since we recently moved. I had no idea. Joann helped and educated me on how to maintain my hair which now looks beautiful, thanks to her! In addition to her knowledge she is so friendly and such a fun person and I am so very glad to have found her. :)“
