I usually don’t leave reviews, but I am super impressed with the customer service during my first experience here, given how picky I usually am with my hair! The staff takes the time to understand and pay attention to customers’ wants, starting with how Najwa did an in-depth examination of my hair for the consultation to thoroughly walk me through how we can achieve my hair goal, while staying very transparent about how the cost and how it might turn out!I asked for a balayage after my previous one had grown out quite a lot, and Cathy was able to lift my orange brassy outgrown hair to a gorgeous ashy blonde just as I requested! After hearing so MANY reciews from friends and family I decided to give Moda a try. The staff, atmosphere and quality of services did not disappoint.Moda provides top notch service.I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only do they take care of beautiful hairstyles they also provide additional services such as extentensions, Make up applications, and so much more. Each staff member is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend this full service salon.
