“My A/C suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. Of course it was a Sunday. I called anyway and was promptly connected to a real person! A technician called me back within 10 minutes and made an appointment to come early Monday morning. The technician, Steve, arrived by 8:30 Monday morning and by 9:30 I was up and running again. Steve really knows his stuff and he gave me good advice on looking after my A/C unit. At 22 years old, my A/C will soon need replacing.
