From the initial phone call with Bob to talk about what was needed and possible timelines, to the office staff where I signed paperwork, to the team who came to do the install of the hot water tank (Kevin, Josh & Chris) - everyone was professional and super friendly. Last summer we had a new propane furnace and air conditioning installed by Peterborough Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning. Prior to placing our order I did a huge amount of research to ensure that we were getting exactly what we needed. I had a ton of questions. Bob was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. When the furnace and a/c were installed the crew was friendly and worked well and efficiently together. They worked nonstop on the hottest day of the year.
